    Website Privacy Notice

    Last updated: 26 August 2026

Who is responsible for your data

Yunique AI Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17358967, with our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

You can reach us about anything in this notice by email at info@yuniqueai.com, through the enquiry form on this site, or by writing to us at the address above.

This notice covers this website only. Personal data handled during a client engagement is governed by the agreement in place for that engagement.

    What we collect, and why

Enquiries. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, work email address, organisation and the message you write. We use this solely to understand your enquiry and respond to it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where your enquiry concerns a possible engagement, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Technical records. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure records requests, which may include your IP address, for the time needed to serve pages and to keep the service secure and available. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.

We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics or profiling, and we do not track your behaviour across the site or across other websites. See our cookie policy for what is stored in your browser.

    What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, share it with advertising networks, or use it to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an enquiry — our newsletter is a separate, voluntary subscription on Substack, which you can leave at any time.

    Who else may process it

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox using an email delivery provider (Resend), acting as our processor under contract, and our website hosting provider processes data on our behalf in order to run the site. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, transfers are made under the safeguards permitted by data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The CLEAR Assessment is hosted on a separate website. When you follow that link, the information you provide there is handled under the privacy terms shown on that site.

    How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent for: while we are in correspondence with you, and afterwards for as long as there is a genuine prospect of an engagement or a legal or regulatory reason to retain them. When neither applies, the enquiry is deleted. Technical records are kept for a short operational period and then removed or overwritten.

    Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

    • Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
    • Rectification — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
    • Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no continuing reason to keep it.
    • Restriction — ask us to pause our use of your data while a concern is resolved.
    • Objection — object to our processing where we rely on legitimate interests.
    • Portability — receive the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable form.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@yuniqueai.com, use the enquiry form on this site, or write to us at the registered office address above, saying what you are asking for. We will respond within one month. Exercising a right costs nothing and will not affect how we deal with you.

    Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or the authority in your country of residence or work within the EEA.

    Changes to this notice

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this notice and the date at the top of the page.
